Facilities available in the Department

 Equipped with major instruments such as  Vacuum Thin Film Coating Units with electron beam evaporation and sputtering facility, thickness monitor, a Keithley system DMM, Shimadzu Differential Scanning Calorimeter, Shimadzu Thermo Mechanical analyzer, Olympus/Kocom Metallurgical microscope with CCD camera, Bruker X-ray powder diffractometer, Shimadzu UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer, Nanosurf Atomic Force Microscope, Newtons 4 Impedance Analyzer, Universal testing machine.
