3.Seats:Defence/Ex-servicemen-1Seat;  

               Physically Handicapped-1 Seat;

               Sports/NCC/NSS-1 Seat.

 Under General and Partially Self Financed Category 50% of the seats are for Mangalore University candidates, 40% of the seats are for the candidates from Karnataka State other than Mangalore University, 10% of the seats are for the candidates outside Karnataka State.


 

Four semesters (two years) Candidates shall have passed the three year B.Com/B.B.M/B.B.A  Degree Examination of Mangalore University considered as equivalent thereto provided they have obtained not less than 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) marks in aggregate excluding language subjects.

Those candidates who already possess a Master Degree in any subjects and apply for admission to Masters Degree in Commerce shall be eligible for admission only after all other eligible candidates have been considered.

Four semesters (two years) Candidates shall have passed the three year B.Com/B.B.M/BBA Degree Examination of Mangalore University or any other University considered as equivalent thereto with not less than  45% (40% for SC/ST/Category-I candidates) of the aggregate marks excluding language subjects and group III subjects.  Selection of  candidates shall be on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and marks obtained in the entrance test in the ratio of 50:50.

Any Graduate or Post-Graduate of this University or any other University possessing qualifications considered equivalent by this University, with a minimum of 45% of marks (40% for SC/ST/Category-I candidates) in the aggregate shall be eligible subject to the rules of selection.
