Course Intake Duration Eligibility
M.C.J. (CBCS) General Merit: 16 and Partial self financing category: 08 Two Years Candidates who have passed any Bachelor Degree examination of Mangalore University or any other University considered as equivalent thereto are eligible for the programme provided they have secured a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/Category-I candidates) in aggregate including languages and Group III subjects. Selection of candidates shall be on merit-cum-reservation on the basis of 50:50 weightage for marks in the Entrance and qualifying examinations. The entrance test (100 Marks) comprises of multiple choice questions covering issues related to general knowledge, current affairs and mass media.
Ph.D. As per University Regulation Two/Three Years and maximum five/six years for full-time and part-time research respectively. Second class Master's degree (Minimum 55%) in the subject/allied subject.
